The SR27 is a semi-automatic case sealing machine, expertly designed by SIAT for large, randomly sized boxes. It’s perfect for industries such as e-commerce, logistics, electronics, and tissue production. Constructed with a robust metal structure, epoxy paint finish, and aluminum columns, the SR27 ensures durability and longevity. The sliding platform, made of galvanized rolls and painted plates, facilitates smooth box handling.
Operators manually prepare boxes by folding the top flaps and positioning the box against the top head’s yellow button. The top head then automatically adjusts to the box height. Once set, the box moves into the machine, where it is securely guided by double belt conveyors for efficient sealing.
