Your Day as a Social Media Moderator / Lead Generation Specialist at EPPS Might Include:

  • Social Media Management: Overseeing and managing the company’s social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand standards.
  • Platform Strategy Support: Assisting in the execution of social media strategies that align with various marketing objectives, in coordination with the Social Media Strategist.
  • Content Moderation: Monitoring comments and interactions on social media platforms, ensuring community guidelines are followed and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Campaign Interaction: Engaging with and responding to comments and messages related to digital campaigns, fostering a positive community experience.
  • Campaign Development: Designing and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Lead Generation Activities: Implementing outbound marketing strategies, including cold calling and emailing potential clients to provide information about our services and gather leads.
  • Inbound Communication Handling: Managing inbound inquiries from online marketing activities, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound marketing initiatives, including cold-calling and emailing, to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services that may benefit their needs
  • Collaboration with Digital Marketing Agencies: Working closely with digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns, providing feedback on social interactions, and ensuring seamless campaign management.
