- Import Shipping Handling: Directly handling import shipping processes, working closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Shipments Budget Management: Initiating and overseeing budgets for shipments, focusing on cost-effective logistics solutions and tracking financial accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Managing ACID issuance for shipments and ensuring compliance with Nafeza and CargoX regulations.
- Shipments Insurance Documentation: Preparing timely insurance certificates for shipments, ensuring full coverage for all cargo.
- Clearance Management: Communicating with clearance companies to ensure shipments are cleared as quickly as possible, optimizing the import process.
- Customs Follow-Up: Conducting daily check-ins with customs clearance brokers to keep shipments on track throughout the clearance process.
- Document Handling: Overseeing the release of original shipping documents from banks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Invoice and Payment Management: Receiving, reviewing, and managing freight invoices, and coordinating payments to maintain accurate financial records.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Science and Engineering major is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure clear messaging and effective collaboration.
- Experience: 3-7 years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Nafeza, CargoX, and ACID procedures, along with proficiency in tracking software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, documentation, and communications efficiently.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding international shipping regulations and compliance standards.
