Your Day as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPPS Might Include:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and shape effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Talent Acquisition Cycle: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, ensuring each step of the evaluation process is thoroughand aligned with role requirements.
  • Talent Networking: Actively building and maintaining a strong candidate network through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Support: Guiding candidates throughout the hiring process—from applications to offer acceptance—ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborating with HR and hiring teams to craft engaging job postings and create appealing employer branding materials.
  • Data Management: Keeping candidate data organized and up to date in trackers, supporting smooth and efficient recruitment workflows.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying current with recruitment trends and best practices to drive ongoing improvements in our recruitment processes.

  • Experience: 3-7 years in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for accurate record maintenance.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English for clear, professional communication.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Knowledge of various sourcing techniques, job boards, and recruitment strategies.
